SHINDX offers football shin guards, grip socks and related football accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, specifications and prices are accurate.

Minor variations in appearance may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.

2. Prices

All product prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed in accordance with the information provided at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change without prior notice. Changes will not retrospectively affect orders already accepted.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are subject to successful payment, product availability and acceptance.

If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution or refund.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed for fulfilment, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

SHINDX currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Estimated delivery is 1–3 working days, subject to processing and courier conditions.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

7. Product Customization

Online individual customization is currently available exclusively for eligible SHINDX FLEX products.

Customization may include player names and numbers, subject to the available options displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing personalization details before submitting their orders.

Academy and club customization, including logos and bulk orders, is arranged separately through direct enquiries and quotations.

8. Product Use

SHINDX products are designed for football-related use.

Customers should select appropriate sizes and use products according to their intended purpose.

Shin guards are protective equipment but cannot prevent every injury.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

All SHINDX branding, logos, product images, website content and related materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without permission.

10. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional codes may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiry dates and other conditions communicated with each offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.
